As COO of Rincon, Eric is responsible for the ongoing management, planning and coordination of each of the firm’s ventures. A veteran real estate developer, Eric has been involved in over 60 residential and commercial development projects in the Greater Boston area. He plays a critical role in the acquisition, due diligence, design, permitting and approvals processes. Eric works closely with the firms design professionals, architects, engineers and contractors as well as relevant municipal officials in order to ensure compliance with local by-laws and regulations. He holds an unrestricted Construction Supervisors License, HIC License and Massachusetts Real Estate License. Eric earned his B.A. in Business Management from Springfield College.
